Privacy Policy
How this scorecard app handles data.
This policy is adapted for Cric Local, a live cricket scorecard app that stores match state, account access details, and browser-based session data needed to run scoring and sharing features.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, and authentication data through the sign-in system used by the app. We also store match-related content that you enter, such as teams, overs, scores, wickets, fixtures, officials, and scoreboard settings.
How data is used
Data is used to run the dashboard, save match state, render the scoreboard, and allow shared match links to show the live or saved state that was entered by the user.
Storage and sharing
The app uses browser storage to save local match work. When a live scoreboard link is shared, match state may also be transmitted through a live peer-to-peer session so viewers can see the current scoreboard. Sensitive payment details should never be stored in the frontend.
